Girls thoughts on guys in girls clothes!

In Thailand people are quite used to guys who dress as girls because there's so many of them, especially in Bangkok. My friend tells me that they're even more beautiful than real women; though if you're observant you can usually pick the difference.

Late teen guy here, just saying as far as things go, I'm attracted to some girls clothes, not underwear and such, but such as winter jackets,I mean as long they don't have that bit tucked in bit aournd the waist where it really hugs them curves(whis is really attractive in my book), I have taken a liking to the local shops where they sell jackets, and well they're just so much more nicer looking then the guy ones, let alone feel nicer, I have a soft spot for synthetics, I can assure you I am perfectly straight, but it's only jackets that I like, and I'm a bit afraid of what my folks will think, being christians and all since it says that wearing female clothing is a nono, does that then make any less of christian as well?or less of a guy for that matter?

I believe that men and women should be able to wear as much or as little of whatever they want without any recriminations from anyone. Why should politicians, policemen, history or the fashion police dictate what people wear. People should only dictate what other people should wear on safety grounds e.g. firemen. Okay, I also know that skirts look silly on some women and I'm sure that some men would look silly in a skirt, but so what? This is the 21st centuary, live and let live.

I will wear what I want. When you are young, you fit the fashion mould to create an impression and fit in.
When you get older and have proved yourself, you can make your own mould and set your own fashion.
No one seems to criticise women who cross dress. Why?

So basicly, I should go out there despite of what others think, if so why is it so hard todo so, sure I might run to the mail box and in again, or take a short walk in the rain, but to go inta shops and stuff..........I could post pictures if need be........any

Certainly in the realm of tolerance for variances in human behaviour and social interaction -- and particularly in their tolerance for sexual and gender variance -- Thailand IS very liberated. Consider that Thailand is one of the few Southeast Asian countries that has never been invaded and conquered and thus never had an occupying force that compelled them to abandon their own social customs and ethics in favour of "western" values. And intolerence for gender variant people is very much (though not exclusively) a western phenomenon.

Also, Thailand has a predominantly Buddhist population, and one of the central precepts of Buddhism is "do no harm." Personally, I think we could learn a thing or two from them.

Women can wear anything, but men seem to only be allowed to wear some things. What Nincompoop makes the rules of this fashion game? Surely we can hold a meeting with these self appointed rule makers and challenge their competence and logic.
