Once again you reveal yourself as an ignorant Christian-hating bigot, and an illiterate one at that.

The only point I need make in reply to your incoherent drivel is that concept of sin pre-dated Christianity.

You are by far the dumbest member in this forum -- it's not even close.

It preaches both together actually.

Perhaps you'd care to come and explain your point of view to my 16 year old?

Well if that's the case, some of the people I know who call themselves christian need to go back to Sunday school or bible classes and learn a thing or two. It may say love not hate, but I know a few so called christians who certainly don't practice what they preach.

How many people do you know "who call themselves christian [and] need to go back to Sunday school or bible classes and learn a thing or two"?

How many are the "few so called christians who certainly don't practice what they preach"?

Are the "few so called christians" you know representative of the more than two billion Christians throughout the world?

Myron, I know over a dozen people who call themselves christian and would only consider two of them that stick by 'love and not hate'. How can the 'few' people I know be representative of the 2 billion? Don't be silly...or is this one of your baits so you can come back on and say, thank you, you answered exactly how I thought you'd answer and proved my point...bla bla bla...

I was not having a go at the 2 billion christians in the world you refer to because I don't know them and I was not having a go at christianity in general. The purpose of my post was merely an observation about people I know so lighten up!

My questions were rhetorical; the answers are self-evident.

Your post was replying to a guest's comment that "Christianity preaches love and not hate."

Your reply began with "[w]ell if that's the case," and then described Christians you know whose conduct you consider inconsistent with the guest's comment that "Christianity preaches love and not hate."

Based on the foregoing, I concluded that the purpose of your "observation" about the Christians you know was to refute the guest's comment that "Christianity preaches love and not hate."

The purpose of my rhetorical questions was to refute what I interpeted as a stereotype you attempted to draw based on anecdotal evidence.

I believe my interpretation of your post was reasonable and my reply was civil and tame.
