Today, the US Supreme Court ruled in a 5-4 decision that the Washington D.C ban on handguns is unconstitutional.

How spectacular is this? I mean, you've got idiot organizations like the Brady group that hate guns for no good reason, and want to make us innocent civilians less safe, and now the Supreme Court steeps in and says "F*** you!"

This is a great day for conservatives like myself who believe in freedom and believe in the right for citizens to defend themselves against those who would harm them.

We should all be permitted to carry whatever weapons we feel like, pistols, blades, swords, tasers, lasers, mace, spears, shotguns, nunchuka's, flame throwers... But then should a weapon be used in any crime, the only penalty should be to be publicly drawn and quartered at the local horse racetrack...

The problem with legalizing dangerous weapons, is that the people who do crime would use them on their victims a lot more than they are now...
The Law system is designed to treat us all like the scums, to keep the scums from hurting us...

It's only a few out of millions who go that nuts... There's no laws that could stop them... Compare the incidence of bar room brawls to school shootings... Or incidents in road rage in which people use their vehicles as weapons... There are hundreds of other types of incidents in which people hurt people... Deal with them as they happen... Why should we all be treated like the scum monkey levels just because the government can't figure ways to only deal with the assholes..? And who needs guns anyway..? 99% of the "free world" doesn't need to kill to survive... And we need the animals in out wildernesses left alive, because we are pushing nearly everything to extinction with guns... Maybe we should extinct all the guns before we use them to extinct all of us...

I can not understand the thought process of those who believe that all those not in favor of gun control are somehow in favor of gun-related crime and violence.

If gun laws were effective in taking guns out of the hands of those who were intent on using them for criminal purpose, I might be in favor of giving up my right to gun ownership for the general good.

The fact of the matter is that, here in the US, gun laws have not reduced gun violence. Two of the cities with the most severe handgun laws, basically a total ban, have been Washington DC and Chicago. The first has been the "Murder Capitol of the USA" for many years, and the second has been experiencing a tidal wave of gun violence among "young people" (read gang members) recently.

In many states that have enacted concealed carry laws, liberals have predicted blood in the streets and spiraling rates of gun crime. In many states, gun violence has diminished after concealed carry laws were enacted. The Brady organization issues states with a "grade" depending on how many anti-laws that state has enacted. The amusing thing is that the states with the lowest per capita rates of gun violence have the worst grades.

In the USA with its large, porous borders, you are not going to be able to keep guns out, no matter how many laws you enact. We can't keep drugs out, or illegal aliens for that matter, and the average illegal alien is a lot bigger than a handgun. Those who want to have guns for criminal intent will not be detered by the thought they are breaking a law to obtain one.

Liberals say they need to go after the gun manufacturers. Gun manufacturing is an international business. "Cracking down" on gun makers will only drive US manufacterers out of business. It will have no effect on the majority of gun makers.

The result of gun laws therefore, is to criminalize those people who feel the need to own one for purposes of self-defense. Interviews with criminals in prison who have commited gun crimes have indicated that they are very reluctant to go up against a private citizen, or enter his house if they think there is a substantial chance that he is armed.

And when seconds count, the police are always at least minutes away. If they come at all, that is. There have been multiple law suits against local police departments that failed to respond to a call for help in a timely fashion resulting in a citizen's death. In all of these cases, the courts decided that police departments do not have a contractual obligation to protect an individual citizen's life, they just have a "general" protective obligation.

The cumulative data on "serial killers", is that they prefer the blade and strangling... Most murders probably don't even own a gun... A large percent of the gun murders were probably deserved... We hear only the end of the story... "An old lady got shot six times in the head".. Or, "someone shot at someones car on the highway"... and on and on... We hear the ends...

We don't hear that the old women who got shot, like with a vengeance, had threatened to file a court case for the custody of her unwed daughter's baby, because she wanted to get revenge for something her daughter said to her ten years previous... Of course the old hag got Shot!.. She deserved it!.. No one stands between a mummah grizzly bear, and survives... No one stands between a mummah human and gets away with neither... Humans are deadlier than mummah bears... You just don't mess with mummah humans and their babies!.. If you do, and you gets away with it, then you and they ain't human.. you're something else, that I'm not supposed to mention...

I say, clean up the messes after honest justified killings of assholes.. then listen to the perp's story, and if it sounds plausible that they were somehow defending their life, or their child's, then leave it alone, smile & close the case.. You aren't our gods.. you are only our little we government, what's supposed to be working for the people, especially the Innocent,, that's why government came into being.. to defend the Innocent and the Meek...
All that happened is another asshole got taken off the map.. so What!?...

Maybe it's time that war ended, so all other wars will end too... It's the bullets that kill... The gun handler is merely the targeting and firing system... Ditto for blade killings, arrow killings, clubbing killings, strangling killings, poison killings, and some vehicle killings...

It's all about humans lack of love and respect for other human's lives, nor their own... Somehow dangerous weapons need be restricted from mindless bullies and twits... It's not the weapons.. It's weapons in the hands of assholes and nut-cases that be the problem... We need to teach our children better, in the ways of love and respect towards all life... The murders are just a residual of the fact that humans are psychotic and out of control, leaning toward varying levels of insanity...

A general lack of serotonin in humans, is the culprit... Serotonin is a calming drug within the body... Without proper nutrient intake, and various health practices, the body's serotonin system becomes depleted, and never refilled.. leaving that person's temper in an uncontrollable state...
A gross massive lack of serotonin can be viewed in animal reactions to losing their tempers, when they lose their temper so big that they seriously bite themselves, drawing blood...
Road rage is a typical human indication of serious lack of serotonin release...

Instead of targeting weapons as being the evil, we should focus upon boosting human serotonin, and teaching our young how to love and respect, and to control their tempers.. but since humanity is devolving, that can't be done... We have no option but to restrict weapons from ourselves to protect humans from insane humans... Our legal systems must treat us all as the mindless and insane to make it work... This is "democracy".. Democracy itself is absolutely insane... I am relieved that I don't have long here in your crazy hell on earth... I can't take much more of it... I have my ticket out of here... Sadly you'all don't have a clue how the afterlife works, nor how to work it... Your religious guides tell you "We have the way the truth and the life, but that's a far as they go.. when you die you are on your own... then what do you do..?

A couple good hard when aimed kicks, and their target is down for the count.. and the thief is running away with their wallet, watch, ring, and pda... I met one of them... His mom is a top level cop.. He studied all her police homework, literature, and weaponry... It's not the guns that kill, it's the people who kill... My little wee guns have been sleeping in their fireproof tin box now for ten years, since I covered them with thick grease, locked them up, and hid the box... The only way my guns can kill is if I open the box, clean them up, load them, and aim and shoot at a living target... These guns, and this nationwide carry permit, are reserved for my prospecting trips into deep wilderness, should I happen to be confronted by a dangerous out of control predator... Human does Not kill human... Well they shouldn't.. but the reality of it is humanity has gone full goose bozo... It's our religion and governments that have driven us into this massive Crazy...
