im 5 ft 1 and im 88 pounds. I used to be 110 and i felt disgusting. its easy how to lose weight
1. Meals-at breakfast, eat it at different times to family and throw it away, leaving no trace eg coco pops all over bin, cover it up with other pieceof rubbish
at lunch-at school dont eat it, even moan sometimes about how disgusting the food is and you wish you could have a nice meal. Or make up a rumour that you saw hairs in a food etc
Dinner-difficult if folks are there, take least amount possible, say ur full etc
snacks-do NOT eat
dont suddenley revert to these eating habits, make it gradual otherwise others will notice it.
Fizzy drinks fill you up,-gas expands in stomach and makes u feel full, but get diet ones or ur just drinking cals.
DONT THROW UP
2 Excersise
always stay active, fidgeting, walking up the stairs, running around house instead of sittin in front of tv-all helps
housework is a really good one-burns soo many calories offer to help out more.
When watching tv do sit ups or something.
stand up instead of sitting down. per hour, u burn 40 more cals standing than sitting
