ignore all these annoying people who only post things like "you should be happy" and all that CRAP
i am in 8th grade and i weigh 2 lbs less than you.
ive just become anorexic.
this is what i have been doing for the past 3 days.
only drinking water, excercising, and sucking on icecubes if i get super hungry.
tips:
drink cold water becuase the body burns calories trying to warm itself up.
eat fruit with water/juice in it such as berries, apples, peaches, grapes if you get really hungry instead of sucking on an icecube. dont have bananas though. and this way, you are still getting some nutrients into the body, right?
post lots of pictures of thin people and write on them "THIS WILL BE ME" and then get a fatty and stick "THIS IS ME." for motovation. get and anorexic notepad- write your goals in it, say what you will fit into then, say how jealous you will make people, write punishments if you eat.
Chew food to get the taste then spit it out.
wear a rubber band on your wrist and whenever you feel hungry- punish yourself by flicking the rubberband against your arm- this will make you think food will hurt you and is the enemy.
excersie everyday- i do 100 sit ups maybe divide them? 25 each hour?, and run outside in the garden, up and down stairs, around the house, jogging.
