wrong again guys, i am anorexic, and have been for for 8years now. Yeah your right that you cant want anorexia and say u wont vomit, u do, i do upto 14times a day on my worst. But i CHOSE anorexia, i convinced myself, its only a diet, its only a diet. then to try and eat crap all the time. but becoz i tried to eat junk food i ended doing the opposite and starving myself. Once you have it, its a disease, and not a lifestyle i wish anyone to have. BUT FACT IS, IF U WANT IT YOUR ALREADY THERE TO THINK LIKE THAT IN THE 1ST PLACE. AD IF YOU PRACTICE THIS EVIL THING ON YOURSELF, U WILL END UP WITH ANOREXIA, EVEN IF U WANT IT. It is a chosen lifestyle, but when anorexia is in full roll, it becomes its own control. YOU TRY TO CONTROL YOUR DIET THRU ANA BUT ANA CONTROLS U AND EVERY ASPECT OF YOUR DAILY LIFE. SO NO U DONT JUST DEVELOPE IT, U CAN (SICKENLY) CHOOSE IT, I DID AND WISH I HADNT

i am 6'1" and i have been trying to lose weight. im 15, a sophomore, and i weigh 115. anarexic is not the right decision. my bff was anarexic and she had to be rushed to the hospital. some tips are.. drink a lot of water.[ice cold]. eat strawberries and apples. do not skip breakfast. i used to and it never works!! exercise regularly. do not just run 7 miles everyday. i do, cuz i'm in CC, but it's not for everyone. start out slow, then work your way up. only weigh yourself once a week.**this really does help. the water balance in your body changes all the time, so if you weigh yourself everyday, it will not be good results. Also, exercise right when you get up, before you eat anything. that way you are burning pure fat. if you do not eat, you are getting rid of muscle, not fat. and we all know that that is not good. i hope that these work for you.

Anorexia

I use to suffer from anorexia 10 years ago but I have beat the anorexia now but it always will stay with me for the rest of my life,I use to suffer from stormach pains and bleeding,I have been told be my doctor that I never will be able to have children and I'am 37 years now :cry: ,the anorexia is not that easy to get over like a illness flu,mumps etc it takes ages,years and not many people recover at all and die from anorexia.
My doctor who helped me alot when I was in the hospital said to me the anorexia is a person and the person is you,the more I was thinking about the more it made sense it takes over your life,body,mins,soul and tells what to do,it is a control thing.

I suffered from anorexia not because that I wanted to lose weight and to be thin,I got bullied from a very young age and then I was sexually abused when I was 16 which did go on for 2 years,I did run away from Germany because I could take the pressure anymore and I came to England/London and then I got very ill with depression and anorexia,today I know you can run but you can't hide for the pain and feelings what you have inside you it always catch up with you.

Anorexia is not a fun to have it can kill and I never ever would give to anyone a advice how to become a anorexic.

If you really want to lose weight then go to your GP and seek advice, take up some sport or diet clubs.

Like I said in my post that I use to be a anorexic and to be honest I don't want to go back there it was hell. :(

I was anorexic, i still am to a degree, but i get such a kick from eating healthy food, after eating a nice satisfying meal, which is full of nutritious things, i feel so good, cause i know i am feeding my body, my mind, but not giving it junk. your body isn't stupid, if you eat healthily, you won't get fat. eat loads of vegetables, wholegrain rice/pasta, LOADS of fish, especially oily fish, and hydrate your skin with eating fruit and drinking lots of water. on top of that walk for at least one hour a day and with this diet you can eat up to 1800 kcals daily and be a healthy, if not slightly thinner, weight. come on, why look like crap and not even get to eat? it's not a question of HOW MUCH you eat, it's WHAT you eat!!!!! you could literally graze ALL DAY, given it's good healthy stuff, you won't put on an inch! seriously, starving yourslef is a joke

Never resort to starveing yourself! try to eat as healthy as you can, theres no excuse not to try and you must drink atleast 8 glasses of water or more.

little fact: if your body is 5% dehydrated then your body is reduced to 50% of its capability. Thats everything, your heart, kidneys, liver, lungs, brain, everything!
So water is important :)

BASICALLY WHAT IM DOIN IS EATIN 300KALS PER DAY BUT WHEN YOU FEEL HUNGRY DRINK WATER (ALWAIS CARRY A BOTTLE OF WATER) AND BEFORE YOU GO TO BED DO SOME SITUPS AND WHEN YOU GET UP IN THE MORNING GO FOR A RUN .. ONLIIIII EAT 300-400KALS A DAY THOO OR YOU WILL GET BLOATED AND PUT THE WEIGHT BAK ON.. HOPE II HAVE HELPED BABE =)=)=) XXXXXXXXX

If you want to lose the weight consume no fewer than 1000 calories a day. Make sure its all in veggies and fruit, plus at least 4-6oz of lean protein. Protein like chicken breast (only grilled). Drink lots and lots of water (at least 104 ozs a day). Do intense cardio example: do an elipitical for an hour twice a day morning and night (sip on a gatorade while you do it so you don't mess up your bodies electrolytes) The goal is to burn more calories than you take in a day. All together with working out twice you will burn around 1200cal depending on how fast you go. SO if you consume 1000cal a day and do cardo twice a day and burn a mininim of 1200: 1000 - 1200 = -200 meaning your only taking in keeping 200 claories. Every other day you should lift 5-10lbs weights for about 45mins. This also burns fat fast. PLEASE don't forget to take a multi-vitiam. Women should take a prenatal its the best for your body espeacilly cause of the iron in them that our bodies NEED....Please take them thay are over the counter. Trust if you follow this you will lose and not in up in the hospital......only your in control. Try it for a month and see how it works for you. :wink:

HONESTLY!!! this girls really wants to do this...I don't necessarily encourage it, but i understand. I've been on and off woth anorexia for about a year now, and I no what it's like to want to lose weight so bad that youre willing to go to extremes. Leave her alone....I haven't died yet! WHAT'S THE BIG DEAL???

Just be careful hun, and brush your teeth when youu get hungry, or paint your nails....always stay busy. Youu can also wear a rubber band on your wrist....everytime youu feel like eating, just snap the rubber band....it hurts, but it reminds youu that youu need to stay strong...
