It's not a problem for me! On long drives of a couple of hours or more I sometimes bring along a pair of trainers so my feet don't tire quite as much, and to avoid any marks or damage to my dress shoes from resting the heel cup against the floorboard. But for short trips around town, I never bother to take off my heels.

I'm the same way as Diane...I can drive short distances in heels but if I am making a long trip for work or pleasure I will wear flats

I’ve never really had a problem with driving in heels to tell you the truth. For most journeys I drive in heels.

But yes if it’s going to be a very long drive then I usually dress to be more comfortable for driving.

It’s more comfortable to drive without heels but it doesn’t bother me too much if I do.

I never tend to find heels uncomfortable in general, and since they go better with my clothes usually, most of my shoes are high heels, so I've gotten pretty used to driving in them. It depends on the specific shoe a little bit. There are some shoes I have that, if I'm driving more than an hour, I prefer to take off and drive barefoot, since I never remember to keep more comfortable shoes in the car.

i am never out of high heels. i think they are more comfortable to drive in than flats. i feel as though i dont have to move my ankle so much...maybe that is just me being strange though. i miss driving in heels now that some drunk driver wrote it off for me...so enjoy it!!

Sure, but you need to find the right driving position and avoid catching thin heels under the car mats!

i adore high hills ! they are the accessory that adds the more sexappeal to women's style. of course it depends on your style, on your job, age etc. Anyway i love high hills but classic ones with the pointed toes ;) cheers all

I've never found it uncomfortable, but if I'm on a longer trip I'll usually use my cruise control a lot so that my feet are resting anyway. If I were to get too uncomfortable I wouldn't have a problem slipping my heels off and driving in my stockings feet. :D

There really is no big difference as far as I am concerned between driving with heels on and flats. My only concern is the heel wearing down a lot quicker than normal
