Have you had any similar experiences?

Hi Katie, it was me who posted the question last night, I forgot to log in!!

All of my shoes have smooth soles like the ones you slipped in and I slip and slide all over the place a lot of the time too! I drive to work normally so I don't really encounter much slipping on the way there but there is a park very nearby to where i live where I like to go. I'm always in stilettos, i totally love them and i wouldn't wear anything else, and I have had many occasions where I have been in the park slipping and slithering in my slippy shoes on grass, wet pathways and of course, leaves!

Is it just that pair that you slip in or are your other shoes slippery as well?

Hi SexyShoes,

Most of my shoes have a smooth sole, and I walk along a path which is often muddy on my way to the office. As a result I am often having problems slidding all over the palce and getting my shoes muddy on the way to work.

What experiences have you had, and do you ever have problems on your journey to work, - I guess maybe not as you say you drive.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Katie.

Hi Katie

It sounds like you have quite the experience on your way to work! :)

Like you say I drive to work now but I did walk to work when I was at my previous job and I do remember lots of times when I had trouble slipping and sliding all over the place in my smooth-soled high heels on wet concrete, mud, wet leaves and even snow and ice which was a lot of fun! Have you ever worn your heels in the snow?

Often times, my shoes would get a little muddy so I would always make a point of quickly wiping them down when I got to work so that they were nice and shiny for the rest of the day!

Maybe we could share experiences via email? My email address is littlemisssexishoes@yahoo.co.uk, I'd love to hear from you! :)

Hello sexy shoes,

I'm a guy and find it fascinating watching you ladies struggle on precarious surfaces in impossible spikes. You look so hot tottering along, scraping and grinding the concrete as you somehow walk.

I found myeslf very excitied the other evening whilst out in Spain. I was coming out of the apartment when I heard the unmistakable sound of stilettos. As I came onto the main street, I saw in front of me, a blonde bit of serious totty. She was wearing a suit jacket, white pencil skirt and some of the highest spikes I've ever seen in public. I think maybe 6 inches of metal heel and no platform. Just a pump with one strap crossing her enclosed feet around the middle. My heart began racing as I watched her ass wiggle, hips shake and her pony tail bounce.
Her heels were scraping so loudly on the uneven and cracked street that I decided to follow longer than I needed...And then...impending disaster...A smooth, slippery section complete with a descending ramp. I kept my dsistance a bit to get a good view as she stopped in her tracks looking down at it, then looking at her feet (I'm guessing thinking about those stilts).
Then she went for it, holding onto the hand rail. What I saw in front that she obviously didn't (as I'm sure she would have taken her stilettos off) was that the hand rail stopped in the middle for a cross section. No sooner had she lost the support she was doomed...Click, tap, click, scrape, crunch, tap, tap. My sexy totty had tottered and tettered, slipped and fallen over. She looked around immediately and caught my eye. She looked so humiliated as I approached her (incredibly aroused I may add) and asked if she was ok. She was English, with a very sexy soft quiet southern accent. It turned out it was her first night and she was on her way to meet her friends in the restaurant.
It looked like her right stiletto had bent quite badly and her skirt was dirty. She seemed so upset with herself and got up to assess her heel damage. She started to walk but was struggling so badly I told her to take them off. After flashing me a cute smile she did, revealing really pretty, tanned feet with purple toe nails.
I called a cab for her so she could change and we arranged to meet up the next evening with mine and her friends.
The next night, what was she wearing? STILETTOS!...Open-toed this time, but no less high :) You honey's love them don't you and so do I.

I'd be interested to hear of any mishaps or near misses involving you sexy girls and your sexy spikes...Please share.

Thanks,
James

Hi Katie,

I often wear smooth soled high heels like you. Have you had a slippery walk to the office this morning like I have? What style of shoes are you wearing? Are you struggling on lots of slippy wet leaves at the moment?

Hi,

Yeah, it was pouring with rain here this morning.

On my way to work I was slidding all over the place, and the path was really muddy.

When I reached the office it was a relief to take my shoes off and just go in my tights feet all day!!

I was wearing the shoes I mentioned in an earlier post, - black lace-ups with a smooth sole. To be honest, I know this sounds really lazy, but at the momment with all this awful weather I have given up cleaning my shoes, (which I hate doing anyway!!), and have just been leaving them muddy, and taking them off in the office. I know you probably think I am a lazy cow, but it is just less hasstle.

How was your journey this morning.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Katie.

Hi Katie,

I had another slippy slidey walk to work this morning. How high are your heels on those lace-ups? I don't enjoy cleaning my shoes up either. Hope you haven't had too much trouble this morning.

Hi, - sorry I don't know yout name!!

Yes it was fairly muddy again thios morning, but not as bad as yesterday as at least it was'nt raining!!

Do you just have wet leaves to contend with, or is your path muddy as well?

It's great to hear that someone else is'nt very keen on cleaning shoes either!! Do you leave them dirty, and if so do you take them off at when you arrive home or even at work?

Hope to hear from you again soon.

Katie.

It was really muddy again this morning.

As I mentioned I have'nt been bothering cleaning my shoes, but someone in the office said that if you don't clean mud off shoes it will satin them.

I am thinking of just leaving my shoes muddy, and keeping another pair of heels to change into in the office rather than going shoeless as i have been.

Does anyone else do this. I think this is better than wearing uggs or wellies.

When I told my mum, she suggested keeping a pair of slipers in the office to chane into, but I don't think I can get away with that!!

Has anyone else had any slpping and slidding momments.

Katie.

Hey Katie

It's Louise here. Plenty more slipping and slithering this morning. I think you're prob right that if you don't clean your shoes they will get damaged evetually. I guess it depends how precious they are to you and maybe how expensive and delicate your heels are. I think another pair of heels to wear in the office is a better idea that going shoeless or wearing wellingtons or slippers. Plus it gives you a perfect excuse to buy new heels which is no bad thing right?

Hi Louise,

Thanks for your post.

In think you are right. The shoes I have been wearing to work were not very expensive, so I think I will just leave them muddy and take another pair to change into in the office.

I have been going in my stockings feet around the office, but don't want to do this in the longer term.

I had'nt suggested wellies, and for some reason my mum suggested slippers, but i agree they are not really suitable.

I take my shoes off as soon as I arrive home, so it does'nt matter if they stay mucky.

How are you coping and thanks for your advice.

Katie.

Hi Katie,

Well I'm in my heels for work as always. I've got some Ravel pointy stiletto courts on today and went out to a cafe for lunch. The tiles in this place were very slippery. Its raining here too so that didn't help. I'd love to chat to you, maybe mail me at louise_heels@ yahoo.co.uk or I'm on Yahoo messenger. Hope you're doing ok today.

Hi Louise,

Would you prefer me to e-mail you in future.

My journey to work this morning was a bit of a nighytmare, as it rained heavily here last night. Probably stupidly, yesterday I removed the laces from my shoes as I having to un-tie and re-tie them whenever I slipped them off. So off course this morning I was wearing the shoes with no laces and as I was walking along the most muddy parts of the path my feet were slipping out of the shoes!! Being a typical girl, I threw the laces away and don't have another pair so I am going to have to wear the shoes without laces and just hope my feet don't get sucked out og them!!

I have decided to keep wearing the same shoes to and from work for the reamainder of this week, and just leave them off in the office and go in my stockings feet. Then on Sat AM I will go to the local town where there is a wide range of shoe shops to buy a pair to keep in the office and change into. Where I live there are very few shops, but in the town there is Ravel like you mentioned and Dune, Faith etc.

I hope this does'nt sound silly, but I know if I wear another pair of shoes to work I will ruin them. I don't know what your juurney is like, but I think could cope with wet leaves, but my path is really muddy and it is a really long walk to go around the other way and avoid the mud. Also, I know it is not professional but no one has compalined about me going shoeless around the office so I think I can get away with it until the end of the week.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Katie.

Hi Louise and others,

I was going to buy a new pair of shoes for work last week. However, I have changed my mind and think that the best thing is just to carry on going shoeless in the office until Xmas, and then maybe look for a pair in the sales.

At first I felt self-conscious going in my stockings feet, but no one has complained and now I have become used to it and find it quite nice and a pleasant change from wearing heels all the time. How is everyone else coping?

Katie.
