It's not really a case of tolerance amongst groups, it's the behaviour of indivuduals. We aren't responsible for their actions, so if they do something that is morally wrong and which causes upset, it is absolutely nothing to do with their victims, but it lay on their conscience until they acknowledge their behaviour was indeed sh!t.
