How do you get back a vanished file?..

I was typing an email in SeaMonkey, on the Net, in a forum form, with three tabs up on SeaMonkey, when suddenly the tab I was in logged into the forum vanished off of SeaMonkey, as of someone didn't like what I typed, and hit it off on me... Probably...

My typing should still be somewhere in the hd... How do I find it?.. I tried Search for keywords, but it found with nothing...

on the Net, in a forum form

there will be a copy in one of two places , they may be the same place . In seamonkey's temp( cache) folder or the system temp. BUT once mozilla is shut down the fill goes by-by or first in first out ( 50 meg default) it will be a html file with a name like this ( but NOT this)

look for a folder called " cache "
or
C:\\WINDOWS \temp or C:\\WINT \tmp
there may or may not be a file

I lost that one.. fssst! it's gone... I tried searches for key words, but it found nothing..? How do you find those lost files?..

Could you recommend a basic trouble-free software that will save everything I key, as I key, in the letter format I use, whether it's in a forum's form, or in SeaMonkey Composer, or anything..?

Sometimes when I've written an item that has taken an hour it suddenly vanishes at the point the content is so real that it could bring this culture to its knees... It seems that "big mother" is watching me, and bullying me... and rightly so, because my some of stuff could rock the boat too big-time, is why the publishing world won't touch my stuff...

Too many times I have been typing an extremely controversial post, when letters or words are suddenly added or removed right before me, from someone else's keyboard, while I'm composing in a Yahoo freebie email account... So I dropped Yahoo in favor of Fastmail, after some insane christian forum owner at the Yahoo controls destroyed yet another tower on me... I suspect they somehow bad-flashed the tower's bios..? The screen flashed and flickered very bright for about two to three seconds, then the tower was pooched.. always only near the end of letters that strongly undeniably proved religion is an evil farce... Plus someone was reading my Yahoo emails before I got to them.. and there were times I was blocked from sending extremely controversial posts.. and there were odd symbols in my log-in Yahoo accounts, in areas where the user can't place them.. and when I checked the Yahoo cookies there was a Yahoo cookie that read "crzyone"... Yahoo is too bully/gamy for me... I don't compose in Yahoo anymore... I just check-in once in a while to check my spams and email viruses, only with the iMac... When the iMac tries to open Natas, it generates a pop-up that reads "the system doesn't know what to do with this program"... Seems a few crazy christians are trying to kill my computers in defending their god delusion...

I wager that within twelve years Yahoo and Microsoft will be going, or have gone, bankrupt and extinct, or will have been bought out and trashed like ICI bought Glidden and others and liquidated them...

I find the best option is to remember to save my work every few minutes as a desktop file.. but sometimes I get so deep into creating it that I forget to save.. and when I lose an over the top creation, there is no-way I could ever get it back... Some of the statements in those creations take up to twenty minutes just to get a short concept-sentence into words, going in and out of ultra deep trance to piece the statement together from untapped paradoxical cosmic concept...
Seems I need a fool-proof safe softie that saves everything I do on the keyboard...

I was getting a little interference while I keyed this post, so I clicked off the Net connection with the little cable icon at the lower right of the SeaMonkey window... I know there aren't any bugs in this hd.. it's probably some at my provider who is messing with me a little... probably a crazy christian who thinks he or she can prevent truth by hurting my computer, or stifling my work a little... The apes are watching me... They should get a life...

Got it...

Now here's another silly little prob, that I just can't deal out...
When I dive into ultra deep trance, in my mind research, a strange magnetic multiple energy force emits off of me, and makes the air all around me go ice-cold for about fifty feet..? I don't know what it is..? It makes psychotics, for a couple miles around, go full blown psychotic episode, causing tremendous fights in bars, on streets, in homes, and road rage incidents, and makes domestic animals run in circles at full throttle, like the cat in the neighbor's apartment, would run so fast around the room that it was running along the walls three feet off the floor, like those circus motorcycles in screened tubes... It's accompanied by a magnetic field which erases my PC's hd's, and nearby floppies.. so should I forget, and do the trance research too close to the computer, I loose my PC's OS...

Just how Faraday is a tower case..? How unfaraday is it?.. Maybe this field I sets up isn't a Faraday thing..? Maybe it's the "CBrat-Effect"..? I should make a beam out of it.. add it to the big hand and sword, and do some research to see if I can use it to disintegrate things from a distance..? or at least break dry branches offu trees with it...

I've got this here idea for a PC OS, that runs the PC worn on the fore-arm as a skin graft... it runs like a hundred tentacle octopus... It's forever "defragging itself... One of its bases is the defrag concept, in which the OS is "floating".. rewriting itself perpetually.. building its own softwares on demand... I'm seeing the mouse effect is controlled by regulatable levels of beta emissions.. whilst the keyboard is alpha dopped beta emission.. but I can't see how to work individual symbols yet, as the keyboard does..?
The answers are in researching this energy that emits from me while I'm doing ultra deep trance...
The PC is grown in a lab by putting the life back into oil, by way of elemental petroleum-plastics evolved with inert elements and liquid electricity, forcing synthetic flesh to grow a PC as if it were an new human organ...
Essentially most would be "wearing their "brains" on their arm"...
It's all still only in my head... I haven't released any of it, but the above.. and I haven't documented any of it, because always when I documented new items, the world suddenly had it, and I'm bumped out of the picture... and they're so proud that they managed to understand a little of my leakage, and how good it feels to own some of me... Be a pity to take this to the grave.. but they force me, by their insanity, and their total lack of honest brotherhood... and they try to steal it out of my head.. and I am forever slashing them with an evolving sword... They push, I jump, then swing through their throats... Every day the sword is newer... Maybe one day I Will be able to use it to slice a metal lamp pole in two..? it's being pushed in that direction... Maybe the sword could run the keyboard..? Probably.... This PC would sure split the human race, into the Minds, and into the Numbs... Maybe then we could live life unencumbered by Insanity's laws, governments and religions..? but we probably have to vaporize the ape's bloodlines first..? It seems that's where it's headed by their own hand...
