Not really. I've been wearing heels for 20 odd years.

I wear 3-4" every day. Like most girls follow the fashion for higher shoes when going out.

The secret is in buying the best quality you can afford.

As i say, I enjoy it.

My job does not require me to wear heels but I do anyway as I have done for the last 20 odd years (always 4"+) regardless what anybody tells me!

Pole-Dancer, Catwalk Model, Air Hostess (even though they actually wear flats in the air, nobody realises they change them hehe)

Also, my fiance is a limo driver and he has 2 female drivers that work for him, whilst driving they have flats on but when opening doors etc they wear heels

I work as a secretary at a law firm and I'm expected to wear appropriate clothes everday and I was told that includes high heels.
