I think 4 inches is small, mine is about 7,5 inch and my wife is happy with it.

girth is the distance around something; the circumference. 6 inches would not be the same long is it is round. use a string and and you will understand. again, girth is distance around

I'm 6" girth. It means it's 6 inches around/circumference, not 6 inches wide, lol. A 6" girth is about 2 and a bit inches wide.

I think so. As I get older/fatter (I'm slightly overweight but used to be a skinny rake), I don't seem to be able to pump as much blood in so it's a bit softer/shorter(like half inch shorter). I'd imagine a really fat person would have serious issues with that.
