It started with a sore arm about a month ago? That wasn't anything to do with the time you hurt your arm when the bookcase fell on you? Maybe you chipped a bone or something?

No it was before that. It started when I was sleeping on floors in friends' houses and working with my laptop on my lap. I thought it would get better now I'm back home.

Do you think it could be some form of RSI? Even if it isn't, I think you need to get it checked out.

Yes, they were pulling at a bag of rubbish put out by my neighbour. I don't want to have to clean it up in the morning.
