What is the problem of a VPL, seriously If I glanced over to a butt in leggings, I would rather see a VPL.

Thats fine what ever turns you on, just in my opinion I think it is a bit crass. I was more objecting to people finding VPL unacceptable, I would rather see that personally.

I was asking what is the problem of a VPL? What is it that it communicates that some find so disagreeable? if you see a VPL it communicates to me this women is waring knickers, and what is wrong with that? To me the opposite argument to a VPL would be position is saying "hay I am not waring nickers!" I may be old fashioned, but the only person I want to know that I am not waring knickers is my OH.

I occasionally wear legging and always have a Thong on I only own black one's and i would wear them with a longish t-shirt of sweater.

For me it depends on the length of the skirt i'm wearing it with, if it's too short, I dont feel right not wearing panties.
