Hello, well i would just like some advice on "dumping" women, as i don't claim to be the biggest stud in the world, as I'm not great with women, but when you don't think somebody is right for you. How do you let them know without hurting them?

Be honest with her, do it face to face and tell her you still want to be friends.

Unfortunately, I had to do it myself too several times. The best thing is - tell it like it is in one sentence:"I don't love you anymore". That is unbeatable fact.
And yes, she will cry.
