You will need to lube them a little and like other people on here I do have trouble keeping both balls in. What I find best is to put them in and sit and rock my hips...you can feel the balls and just knowing they are there makes me wet. I did read that using them consistently will help your muscles keep the balls in...so I'm hoping to work up to that!!!!

For the adventurous, I recommend you google for "jade eggs" and get the set of three.

Wear at least two. They are delightfully heavy and help strengthen the PC muscles all day. I see no reason to remove them when your boy friends finally takes you hard and fast. The feeling and sounds are amazing.
