I got a good one.

You know the tubes of ice that come in some waterbottles that you can refreeze. Those work wounders. When I first did it, I was alittle afraid because of the extreem cold but it actually feels really good. Also if you have a thick hair brush handle, that also works wounders.

Try blowing up a fairly large balloon till it is about 3/4 full, then put it down with the knot up and sit on it with no pants on and rock backwards and forwards.
