I've always wondered whether these young lads you see shuffling around the street with the crotches of their trousers around there knees are actually wearing a skirt or dress underneath. This is what happens to the crotch of your trousers when you convertly wear a dress/ skirt underneath them..... Maybe the next fashion move for these guys should be from low-slung crotch to no-crotch; ie..a long skirt. Some of them you see are almost there!

I occasionally wear women's trousers to work these days because I've noticed some of them seem more tailoired & look alot sharper than mens trousers. You have to be very selective though...I don't want to end up looking like Mr Humphries on 'Are you being served'!
It's not very dangerous I know.....but shopping for them can be a bit stressful.

I've bought denim skirts no problem, and have even been to the shops in one. There's no problem, only in our minds. I had nothing but good comments. A few double takes, but apart from that, nothing.

I mean, just look @ this guy. He doesn't seem bothered...

It is about time we men came out into the open and exercised our god given right to freedom of choice which must include what we decide to wear.

A few high profile celebs. exercising that freedom would help immensly.

How about some ideas on what can be done to achieve the goal.

Men do have the freedom to wear any clothing they choose; but skirts, dresses, tights or whatever else men choose to wear will only catch on when men become as brave, strong, determined, and self confident as women are. Women are not afraid to speak and act on whatever is on their minds. One of the many side effects of that is women can wear whatever they choose. Men basically are cowards who lack self confidence, and only gain their confidence and strength by what other men and women tell them and dictate to them. One of the many side effects is that regardless of what a man truly wants to wear and would be comfortable wearing, he wears what he is told to wear because he is afraid of other people and what they might say or do. Men like to claim they are the stronger and braver sex, but in reality they are weaklings and followers who do exactly what is expected of them. While that may not have been the case in days of old, clearly today women are the stronger, braver, bolder, and more confident sex, and are enjoying the benefits.

There is nothing more comfortable than wearing a skirt or dress on a hot day or evening or to an event where the air gets hot and stuffy because of a lot of people for the space provided. Men have the same right to be this comfortable as women, if you stop talking and waiting for someone else to do it, and just put your body in clothing you believe you will be comfortable in.

Men, be as brave, bold, and self confident as women; forget about what you think other people expect and demand; be your own person, and make yourself happy and comfortable; start wearing whatever you believe you will be comfortable in now, and stop waiting for some one else to start the trend so you can wear it without fear. Gain the power and freedom of women.

Of course skirt and dress wearing does not come by itself. Hairly legs look horrible in a skirt, dress, shorts, or any other style exposing one's legs. So men, if you are going to become man enough to start wearing skirts and dresses, don't forget to shave your legs. When is the last time you saw a woman in a skirt or dress with hairly legs? And guys, not all women like to shave their legs. Chose whatever style you are comfortable with, but whatever you choose, wear it with class and style (do not cheapen it).
