I Shave my legs during the summer for soccer. I play goalkeeper so when you dive around and get scrapes, some hair gose with your skin and grows back funny. also I tape my ankles to prevent ankle sprains and it's pretty fun when your in school and you see other athletes who only have their ankles shaved and then hair above the endline. Also the nike socks we have are very tight and pull on your hair and some times your hairs will stick out of the socks which just looks weird. My style is anything hairy below the waist gets shaved.

Thank you juliexxx, it is so good to hear a woman say that. I keep completely bare. From other comments and my experiences, I'm sure people perceive me as "odd" or "gay" but I do it because I enjoy it and so does my girlfriend. I guess I have no choice now because once I felt my bare skin, there's no way I wanted to go back to being a hairy guy.

Ive recently turned 18 and have considered shaving my chest, armpits and possibly moving to legs.. my family is quite old fashioned tho and having little facial hair ive always used just water to shave it off.. what all would i need to buy to prevent ingrown hairs and red bumps ive gotten before when attempting this?
