this is my first post and I don't want to come over like some sort of pervert but I am in need of advice please and this seems like the best place to ask going by the other topics.

I am male first off, and have been married for 10 years, we have a wonderful sex life (albeit a bit plain).However the advice needed is not so much with my wife but with myself...

this is exactly my point!. I know how it would look therefore I have never actually took any steps to get what I want, but, how do I tell her this without it sounding like I'm a cheating b*****?

I know that although there is no actual penetration, and that even though it's just forplay, it would be seen as cheating.

So now I feel sexually frustrated even though it's not sex I want and I can't pleasure my wife as much as I would like to because it would just become tiresome over time (for both of us) and the fact that she stops me when she orgasms and wont let me back because the sensation is still too much for her, just makes me more anxious.

Think the point her is that whilst it is not full blown sexual penetration it is still very much a sexual act. I would argue that if you are engaging in any sexual act, that would include even a kiss and a quick grope that would be cheating.

You say that you are not able to pleasure your wife as much as you want to, this is exactly the point here. She is getting as much pleasure as she can take but you derive sexual pleasure from the act of giving a women an orgasm through oral stimulation.
