Sometimes I saw him nude but usually he was wearing his pyjamas.
There was not a lock on the bathroom door and sometimes he would be washing his face in the nude.

I saw him nude before puberty but very rarely after puberty because he was very self conscious about his private parts.
I did not feel anything when I saw him nude.

Leave him a box of tissues and a small waste basket. If he doesn't get the hint, encourage him to use them, go to the bathroom, or insist that he clean up his mess and change his own sheets.

If you don't approach him about it, then he will never change. I'm sure he is aware that you know he is doing this because he is leaving his mark behind.

Have you talked with your son? Have you ever caught him in the act?

It is normal for boys to experiment with masterbation, it is a normal part of growing up. Still to this day, I enjoy masterbating and it has in no way interfered with my normal sex life.

My sister and I have not "engaged in intercourse" lately, though I'm certainly not against the idea. She's been away at college for more than two years now and we see very little of one another, but we do talk on the phone. Neither of us are attached right now. She's coming home December 10th, so ask me again in January.
