I am nearly 48 years young  . And I have two really active kids. Ours are not really younger kids but I still find I need engery to stay up with them.

Does anyone know of ways to keep our energy up and be involved with our kids?

Thanks. I would just love to know how many mums keep going!

Any answers or ideas are wonderful. There are no wrong answers. So please Share a way

Hello, I am 50 and since May 10th I have had my 15month old granddaughter and 4 yr. old grandson while parents are in Germany in the service, I had to take a family leave from work and my whole world has changed. Don't know how old your children are but the first month was almost more than I could bear so I feel for you very much. My grandson would not do anything for himself when he came here so I gave him small task to do and then we would have playtime. granddaughter is very demanding and I have lost 15 lbs. which didn't hurt me, but started on vitamins and walking with them in the evenings which is a great stress reliever. Wish I could help you but will listen to anything you have to say.
