Introduction first. I am a man; worse, I am an old man although not, I hope, a dirty old man. I stumbled on this subject and this forum whilst googling for info on an unrelated subject that I read in a newspaper. I feel like an interloper, rather as if I found myself in a girl's changing room and that's why I'm "Once only" - this is the only posting I intend to make although it's going to be a long one!.
I think the subject here is well worth discussing, but because of my own experiences I'm very sceptical of some of the postings. I will try to be as factual as possible but will avoid the peurile details. Please understand that my education took place (1935 - 1949) when, according to reports here and elsewhere, boys and girls were regularly disrobed for beatings.
In primary school when I was evacuated the cane was applied to the hands and worse, to the fingers. This was barbaric and is possibly a reason why I now suffer from tendon trouble in my hands. At the primary school when I returned home in 1943 boys and girls were caned by the headmistress on the clothed seat. Instant in-class punishment was administered by slaps to the back of the upper thigh, short trousers or frocks were lifted sufficiently to bare the punishment site but no more and slaps were hard enough to make the boys grit their teeth to avoid crying whilst the girls inevitably bawled.
I attended a co-educational grammar school from '45 to '49 and boys were occasionally caned on the seat of the trousers - me, no angel, once in five years. Girls were never caned, they were sent to the senior mistress after school. The senior mistres's office was next to the teachers common room and for lesser infringements boys had to stand outside the common room until they were eventually released home. During my many waits there (usually a good chance to do your homework) I saw many girls go in. Although the sound of voices could be heard through the door I never once heard the unmistakeable sound of corporal punishment. Our physics master swung a mean metre rule and cuffs 'round the ear were commonplace, but never to the girls.
The nearby secondary modern school had a reputation for caning boys and girls, but never as far as I know, unclothed.
Of course home punishment was a different matter. It was rumoured that a number of the girls were spanked by their fathers and there was one particular girl in the fourth form (14-15), a very pretty, fair-haired lass who confided to her boyfriend that her dad removed her underwear before punishing her. That piece of information was common knowledge amongst all the boys by the end of the following day. Incidentally, why do some girls find it necessary to impart that sort of information? I've had several, ranging from the one who told me her father made her pull her pants down and bend over before whacking her with a rolled up newspaper, to the scots girl who told me her dad " put me across the kitchen table, pulled doon ma breeks and skelped ma bum wi' his belt". Both told me of their experiences within a week of first taking them out.
I believe that any instances of men in authority removing a female's nether garments and then applying corporal punishment are extremely rare and will almost always appear in the newspapers. The News of the World used to employ staff to scour the country for salacious stories like this. I can think of two whilst I was working in Cornwall in the early '60s:
There was a boss who decided to take employer/employee relations to a new level by spanking an 18 year old typist, skirt up, pants down. The first time she took it without comoplaint but after the second time she told her dad. Result, court case and he was a boss no longer. In the second reported case the headmaster of the local school dealt with a particularly stroppy 17 year old by holding her over his desk by her wrists whilst a muscular female member of staff belaboured her
knickers clad derrier with a plimsole. He then insisted on examining the damaged area, by sight and touch, to satisfy himself that she had been punished enough. Apparently he decided she hadn't and some more strokes were applied followed by another examination. As I recall he didn't remove her pants, just pulled up the legs to expose her cheeks. The tearful girl of course told her dad, she was examined by a doctor and the resultant court case brought disgrace and the headmaster became an ex headmaster.
This is the crux of the matter, any attempt to chastise a girl and particularly to pull her pants down first would almost inevitably result in disgrace and loss of job, what teacher would risk that?
I admit that in some closed establishments such as the old approved schools where girls were sometimes incarcerated for minor criminal acts, anything was possible and bare-bottomed beating almost certainly took place but I can't believe it was accepted in the main education system. Even the States, with a reputation for paddling senior girls, never removes underwear.
Finally, yes I have spanked girlfriends
panties down,and my wife, but they never climaxed during the spanking - only afterwards.
