Peter, I have a friend I have known for yrs. spent most of her adult life raising children as single parent, no help financially from ex. Yet she remains unbitter. Deb has many health issues and I hav watched your show for some time. I go in and work for Deb for free when she is not well enough to do so. A new franchise has moved in one bloch and Deb really needs help. She will lose the only thing she has left if the competition continues to their mission. This place is Debs pride and after a long abusive marriage, she feels this business(with exception to her children) is the only thing has done right.She desperately needs the income (sloping downward quickly)the business brings, but she really needs to update and turn it back into the money maker it was! It had been giving her the self esteem she deperately needed. She opened the place in 1999 and has not changed things at all, and with this new franchise at her back door, Im not sure she will be able to hang on without your help.
