I started playing about on pc on a night and joined L@L, and had a right laugh, it built my confidence up and met my a real nice man on it, we met in the September and bought a house together in the January, he proposed to me on valentines day on my birthday and we got married in Cuba the following February. He has adaopted my two children and we have just had another little treasure this march.

I first got my fiance's attention with my side kick! When I started hanging out with a group after karate, we got to know each other better. He asked me out twice then just decided to kiss me. It worked... That was October of 2001.
In 2003, we started looking seriously at engagement rings. I helped him pick out what I wanted, so I knew he planned on proposing, but I had not idea when... It was late March, and he told me that he wanted to take me out to a really nice dinner. I didn't think anything of it. I figured that there was no way my ring could be ready anyway because it hadn't even been a week since he had ordered it.
We went to an expensive restaurant. We had a nice dinner. After dinner, the waitress brought out a fruit tray, and it took me a second to see it...
In the middle of a raspberry was my ring!!! He insisted in doing this right... We were both tearyeyed as he got down on one knee in front of the whole restaurant (the servers had even stopped to watch) and proposed. Of course, I said yes! The restaurant applauded, and we were glowing. It is definitely my favorite memory so far...

THAT IS TOO CUTE! Wow, great engagement story. I love when I see someone proposing in a public place. Everything about it is great - the emotion in the air, the way the couple's happiness seems to rub off on everyone nearby, the feeling of victory when she says yes (even if you don't know the couple). . . it's so perfect. Nothing makes me happier than seeing two people so deeply in love
A few moments ago, this gorgeous woman blissfully accepted her dream guy’s marriage proposal.
The happy couple are now enjoying a celebratory romantic meal….
