the problem with most romances with large age differences ( it does depend on where those ages are) is not when you two are alone but when you mix with her friends and business associates, not to mention family. it's highly unlikely that a lasting relationship will come of it because of where each of you are in your lives BUT if you both keep the expectations down to a dull roar and just have fun it could be a blast and you'll likely get a heck of an education! as a general thought, at 19, nine years older is a lot of life experience away. her at 23 would almost be socially acceptable even by your grandmother. most people will likely wonder about what you propose; community support is critical to any relationships chance of survival.
