I suppose this will be turned around to be Heather's fault. Paul appears to have a substance abuse problem...pot and drink. They have both admitted that she didn't like his substance use. I suppose she is bad for THAT. Ringo, please help Paul get sober!!

So all they other things she said on TV and in the leaked fax were lies. Now this is the reason for the divorce? She said it was other reasons before and no one believed her (the fax). This is a woman who ranted on TV and to this point has never said anything about this. It is not like she held anything back. She threw dirt and no one believed her. Now she wants us think she loved him so much the divorce is because of this? She had her leg operation then - it was not postponed. She can't even keep her story straight. What is preventing her from having her hip operation (she says it is broken)? Certainly not Paul. Sorry, she lies too much for me to think she could ever tell the truth.

Please, here we go again another spin by Heather. Nothing is her fault everything is his fault - she's such a liar - she has to now use his bad health to steal headlines, she's the lowest of the low. Sorry, "his fan", if you a fan you would know this woman is full of crap. After the story breaks, she suddenly appears to be part of it. What a suprise. She saw this as way to build herself up and put him down at the same time. This is how she has been acting since the beginning of the split.

Being a divorce lawyer, I know that all the personal secrets of both parties come out way blown out of proportion. The bottom line is always that both parties have behaviors that aren't so nice and their behaviors just do not mix. So they should gracefully end the relationship and not allow the anger attached to the death of a relationship generate tons of money for the lawyers. Nobody wins when a marriage breaks down, except of course the lawyers, and the children end up getting hurt. There is plenty of money, houses and things to make both of them and Bea happy for life. At this point the judge should make the decision about how much Heather gets so they both can move on. And so what if Paul is an aging hippy who likes a bit of smoke and doesn't take care of his health like many other people. Heather wasn't watching her health when she danced with the stars and risked damaging her leg.
