OK ladies I need ...... well I'm not sure exactly WHAT I need other then to talk lol......
Hubby and I haven't even started TTC yet. We are going to wait till the end of August/first of September to start trying. I've been in the process of trying to find midwives in my area that have a natural approach to childbirth and it is SOOOOO hard to find someone that doesn't have a 'you're pregnant? oh you're sick let us take care of you.' mentality.
I had my daughter (she was 9lb2oz, not a small baby) with no problems, no tearing or anything like that and with out there being any unexpected problems with my (soon to be, *crosses fingers*) child or myself I should have a smooth pregnancy and birth. GGGGRRRRR!!! I'm NOT SICK I'M PREGNANT!!!!
Also I've been having ALL sorts of dreams about babies and being pregnant and even labor (lol I was yelling at my mother in one Laughing ). It's just that it gets me very emotional having those dreams and waking up not pregnant. Confused *sigh* I'm just really frustrated trying to find good care around here and having to wait to start ttc.

Hi - did you go to a consultant led hospital with your 1st baby? or just a midwife led? With my 1st child, i went via consultant led, and it was so rush rush rush, this is what you do, this is what you dont do... do everything by the book. But i am 22weeks preg(tomorrow) with baby number 2, and have decided to go to my local midwife led unit... so far i have found it BRILLIANT... they are not pushy, and are ther for you if you need them whilst being pregnant, and obviously are there for you when you reach 40week and about to burst. I have found this alot more relaxing and better for me (with my lifestyle and having a 2year old) not having to go backwards and forwards to doctors/hospital. The after care i feel will be much better in midwife led rather than consultant led. Maybe try and find your nearest midwife led unit?!?
