Seems a slightly drastic measure to get one extra point!

If it's such a small world, how come I've never met Kylie?

Questions correct: 6 / 10
You took 216 seconds to complete this quiz.
Total score: 384

Some of these quiz questions really bug me because they aren't up to date and they don't always have the correct answers.
eg.
"1. Why should the baby's bottle not be heated in the microwave?

Your Answer: Poisonous

The correct answer was Too easy to over heat."

While I did learn something there, my answer is also correct if a plastic bottle is used, so two answers need to be checked.
While not all baby bottles are made from plastic, I feel I should also point out all plastics emit toxins into food when heated in a microwave.

"10. How does Earth differ from all the other planets?

Your Answer: It is the only planet known to have human life

The correct answer was All of these.

Some scientists believe there is life on Mars, but that theory was never proven."

Actually, they aren't quite correct.
Here's the question again:

Sci / Tech: Our Solar System: Facts About The Nine Planets

10. How does Earth differ from all the other planets?

It is the only planet with enough water and oxygen for life
It is the only planet known to have human life
All of these
It is the only planet that has a breathable atmosphere

"The nine planets" - There's actually 10 planets in our solar system. It's just the 10th hasn't actually been seen yet, but the gravity effects have been recorded.
Plus "The nine planets" could mean any nine planets.
:?

These two parts are just plain wrong:
"It is the only planet with enough water and oxygen for life"
"It is the only planet that has a breathable atmosphere"

There are microbes living in the hot waters at there are microbes living at the bottom of the ocean where there's no oxygen whatsoever.
Plus it's fairly arrogant to assume all other life must be like it is on Earth.

I stand by my choice of answer because it's the only definitively correct one.

Then it would be Martian life!

The options on the child rearing question didn't include 'put the brat in a cupboard' which is the obvious answer.

Yeah, but I should have got 8 because the first question wasn't worded correctly and the last question had the wrong answer. Plus some bonus points for seeing those mistakes gives me 11 of of 10. :nanana:

Yeah, but I got the Earth one wrong for the same reason you did - so I should have got 9 :booty:

*Coughs politely* I think Sir will find that according to the International Astronomical Union's current definitions there are only eight planets in the solar system. Pluto is no longer regarded as a planet.
