Her bodyguards are intimidating paying patients.

Pitt is cowering by the ho's side.

Maddox is at the hospital, being suckled by the ho.

Holly is waiting to birth at least one of the "twins".

Shiloh, after being beaten again by Zahara, cried herself to sleep in her bed.

Zahara emptied the pantry and ate everything in site.

Pax is at home, fighting Zahara for the stash of food in his room.
