Has it ever occurred to anyone that the naked body is NATURAL? Who cares if the dad lets his daughters sleep in the nude? It's not necessarily a sexual thing, it's just a comfort issue. If the Dad isn't molesting his daughters or something then this shouldn't be an issue and he has no need to feel ashamed about anything.

an easier way to say it would have been "in such high heat, you might want to see if sleeping nude is more comfortable" or something. There is no sexuality in that.

I'm a brother of 6 girls ages 5, 6 8 10 14 and 16, and I'm 20. and all of us when we get from school we get naked in front of each other while we watch tv! What's the big deal about that??

Since babies we have always been naked in our house and since mom and dad didn't had a good job before we all have to share bedroom and bed and none of my sister's never had a problem removing their panies at bedtime and I sure didn't wear underwear whet we slept together. Mon & dad do the same thing! Do you guys mind or something?
So much to answer to.. Shall try my best.
First off, yes the naked body is natural. But that doesn't mean everyone should be naked, does it? Some people don't like the way the sun's heat feels on the skin, or the way the air does either. And some people do like the way clothes feel. If being naked in a clothed world is fine, being clothed in a naked world is fine too. If you don't want nudism to be singled out, don't single out that being clothed is "unnatural" or you just bring up a huge debate blah blah.
Next, you're born naked. Yes, this is true. However, you're also born without teeth or hair. As well, most big furry animals are completely bald when born. True, clothing is not something we grown ourselves. But simply using "born without clothes" as a point makes a horrible point, because there is a lot of things we're born without. And born with, for that matter. Such as the umbilical cord. So, we should keep that because it's a part of our body when we're born?
And finally, for as much as I care to reply to, sleeping in the nude being more comfortable. Yes, I find that it is more comfortable in ways. But as for sweating horribly under the blankets.. That has never bothered me. Strangely, that heat feels comfortable to me when I can barely stand in daylight without overheating something fierce. As for being warmer.. I don't know, I live quite far north, and attempting that during a nasty winter's night with all five of my thick quilts over me? Tried it, almost froze. Give me long underwear and a winter jacket to sleep in any day. And for the finally reasoning that sleeping naked is not always the most comfortable.. I'm not sure about every other male out there, but I find semi-tight boxers keeping my ah.. 'manhood' at bay is way more comfortable then letting it hang loose. Then again, I'm not a still sleeper. I move, and thus, letting myself hang out causes it to get into uncomfortable positions, or squished, and then I have to fix that before I can sleep well again.. I have always found that my boxers/briefs (I wear both) keep that from actually happening.
P.S. As a passing remark to the one who asked, yes. I have gotten dressed after sex before, just to go to sleep. (It's called her parent's living room couch. That would not have been a good morning otherwise.)

How old were you?
If you were young and not married where were her parents to allow you to sleep together on the couch?
Didn't show much class doing it on her parent's living room couch.
i think its fine many adults sleep nude many people are nudists nothing is wrong with being nude in ones bed every ones entitled to their own opinion just tell them not to sleep nude when they have friends spending the night

The naked body is beautiful. Why shouldn't we all (children as well as adults) revel in our own nakedness in bed? Besides being sexy it saves on laundry. If others see us naked, so what?
i think its fine to sleep in the nude but there has to be rules in the family if the kids want to sleep in nude they stay in there rooms as i nealy had a moment when my wife's boys wanted to get in bed with me when she was in hospital i soon layed down the law this made it much harder as they are not mine but they took it in the wife was fine with that but she did say if they do want to sleep with us we all have to be in p/j's which is fine as the boy's are only 6 twin's
