You didn't really give us enough data to give adequate answers. I'm assuming that you are male. Is this correct? Also, you failed to provide any information about your ages. Is she older or younger? Are you and/or her both virgins or not?

You mentioned that she's attracted to you as well. Are you sure of this? How do you know?
