I wouldn't pay too much attention to that chart, only a small minority of men are Satisfying according to it. Personally i think it was made up by some one hoping to shift a few extra packets of 'miracle penis grow pill' knowing that by placing your average man just outside the satisfying zone it would make many men think "... hmmm i fall just short, i wonder if there's anything i can do to add just an extra inch....oh whats this advert for penis grow Rx pills that just so happens to be placed next to the chart..."

People really need to calm down, i personally am getting worried about the amount of girls who are getting fake boobs... I'm 6.5 long and that's almost too long for my gf - penis size isn't a thing where size X is best always, it really is tailored to one person, the woman you're sleeping with. Some girls require less length, some prefere average, some are size queens.

Take one thing for granted, the lower end of average means:
erections in public are less likely to be embarassing.
girls should be able to fit more in if they give you a bj
you're less likely to hurt them during sex

Also, with the stupid "Average" penis size, many surveys aren't too fairly done and they don't tell you how the mean penis size is greater than the medium (i.e if the mean is ~5.8 inches, then less than 50% of the population of the survey have that size). And 3 fairest penis size tests had average penis sizes of something like 5/5.5/5.8 inches as average length, so calling average penis 5-7 inches is skewed a bit in the wrong way.

Also technique, confidence and emotions mean more than size, for instance - if you put me in a Ferrari it wouldn't make me a better driver than Lewis Hamilton in a Skoda
