Teen pregnancy?

Postby Ambuur on Wed Jul 16, 2008 5:52 pm

My period's one month and three days late, and I'm pretty worried i could be pregnant as i had sex a few days before my period was due.
I've also been feeling nauseous and dizzy recently, and i've been sick about 5 times in the mornings.
Bearing in mind i'm only 13, it might be just a random irregular period, but i hardly ever have those, and i've been getting periods since i was about 9 (regular ones).
What should i do, because I'm pretty worried.
If i am pregnant, i'm not going to get any support whatsoever due to my age ):

Buy a pregnancy test. There is no use asking for advice from people who aren't doctors. The only way you will know is if you get one. You can get them free with your GP, its totally confidential just make an appointment. Or you could buy one from any chemist or supermarket, they only cost about five pounds :) I would recommend going to the doctors however, they are more accurate and reliable than home pregnancy kits. Good luck. Also Im sure you would have support from your family and friends and teachers :) x
