It's someone who participates in the trivia challenge. I think you may be correct, Who? is Jack Russell.

I've got four legs. I have two in the front and I can see the two back ones while I'm sitting down licking my nads. I also have a stumpy little tale but my bitchfriend says size doesn't matter. The Alsation that lives next door to her has a big tail though and I've seen the way she looks at him...

My belly hangs down too much. The most I've seen is three.
The Labrador along the road has 4 but he also has an 'imminent arsehole' so I don't think he is a good role model.
