I've just had a quote off a hairdresser who does the cinderella extensions at your home £380 for a full head. Does this sound realistic and she said they can last 5-6month if look after properly?

That price sounds about the norm. However, hair extensions should only ever be worn for 3 months at a time. If you wear for any longer you risk causing damage to your hair.
