Queensland is that big state to the north of NSW (capital = Brisbane..)

I believe it could be bigger than Alaska - but will have to check that..

Great beaches. Big snakes. My former client, Stephen Agee, told me all about it. Scary place.

Great beaches: Plus - sharks, saltwater croc's, box jellyfish, conefish, stonefish, sea snakes... :D

Big snakes: Taipans, King Browns..

Stinging trees and vines.

Melanoma.

And a big flightless bird - the Casowarry - that has been known to disembowel people with a kick from it's strong legs..

I don't know, but I have heard there's an American brand of condoms called "XXXX".

Cassowaries!

Those things are probably the scariest beasts I’ve ever come across. It’s not just that their viscous and large with sharp claws. They’re also dumb and unpredicable and you can’t reason with them.

I remember when I lived in Queensland having to drive one off our drive using a hose from the roof so the evil bugger couldn’t get to us.

If anyone ever doubts that birds evolved from dinosaurs I commend they study the cassowary. If they’re still in any doubt they are probably dumb enough to take up challenge to participate in Creationist against Cassorwary – The All in Wrestling Extravaganza.

Not too fussed what they think to be honest like the British work force some good some bad, however you do have to sift through a pile of kak up to your hips to find a good one.

The Joiners are good at all aspects apart from finishing, Ground workers are normally very good, Sparks are good for street lighting only due to 110v over there and they earth nothing where as over here you leave earth cables loose you get fried.

Also its good that any foreign worker on the electrical side cannot get a JIB card so that clips their wings.

As for Plumber/Pipe fitter/Heating Engineer. forget it their opening gambit is always "no problem" they get chased by me cause i just don't need the hassle.

I do always encourage them to go home.
Ok, I said to myself as I sighted the bird down the end of the gun. This time, my fine feathered friend, there is no escape.
