I placed an order with the local representative for over £20 and it was delivered without the offer of a free bag on 16/10/07. The excuse was that Avon have none left, has anyone else had this problem.[/code]

was it the black bag? I got mine...in fact my rep always includes a freebie with my order, I've had showre gel, jewellry, lip stick etc she's great!!!
