Kids come first

My husband is always complaining that I put our kids before him, I know I would always help the kids first because he is big enough to look and help himself, I love him to bits we have a great love life but I think he gets a little jealous but dont know why any ideas

I guess it all depends when he says you are putting the kids first. The one thing I think most mums are guilty of is letting the kids encroach onto what should be couple time, ie when the kids have gone to bed. If they are constantly calling you or coming down i think its only fair that you are firm with them so that you can spend some time as just a couple.
The fact that hes said it could mean that hes really feeling it as fellas don't usually say anything til things feel really bad for them so I think its time to take action before a bit of jealousy escalates.
If on the other hand none of this applies then he's just being a big kid himself and needs to grow up a bit but quite how you do this is still mystery to womankind!
