no u are not. i am 16 and i weigh 9 st 10 wiv a 34 B bust, and i am not overweight. not to be rude or anything but 34 C is quite a big bust so u would obviously weigh more than you would if you had no bust. i read in a magazine once that if you are C cup or over and under 9st 10, then you have a good figure.
