"Explain? ok... "Sex is just sex" is the devaluing of something that is personal and loving.
it becomes just an act that means nothing.
Ergo... How can you punish a man severely for something that has no value!
Take for instance stealing. We all know it's wrong. But do you cut off his hand for stealing a pencil? No. That would not be a just punishment that fit the crime.
Same now goes for r****.
Women are the ones that ultimately dictate the value of sex.
You cheapen it... you make the punishment for taking it lessor!

I think you said it perfectly right here: "Justice, then, by definition, applies only the Just punishment fitting of the value of the crime." Why does sex have to be "personal and loving" in order for the punishment to fit the crime? It doesn't matter what sex is "reduced" to, the BL is that the man brutally attacked an innocent women and sometimes even killed her.

I don't like the view of "topic of gossip," but she made a great point in one of her arguments that I'm now going to use: try telling the women in Darfur that they are reducing sex to a mere act.

I believe that we live in a world where misandry is abundant, but in this case, I HAVE to put all the blame on the man. A woman can't control a mans actions.
