I believe the word I would choose is satire. Wikipedia has plenty of examples in it's definition of satire, enough for even the most dull to understand the concept.

Satire is not humour, or even humourous. It is also often mistaken for the author agreeing with the subject, when the opposite is true. Of course the British have banned the Ren and Stimpy show, so you wouldn't have even low quality satire as part of your culture. High quality satire, such as that of Twain or Franklin would be unintelligible. You can comfort yourself that there is little freedom of speech in socialism, in comparison to liberal democracies, therefore you will never have to be challenged.
