it's been years since this happened to me but a couple of weeks ago i started getting these awful stomach cramps one night and was in and out of the bathroom until the next morning - vomiting several times and (how shall i say this?) the other end as well - no i hadn't been drinking - need i say more?????????

i hope it's a long time before that happens again!
