This just means blood in the urine, has any further investigation been done as to where the blood is originating, as it could be the kidneys, ureters, the bladder, or urethra. It is more likely to be the urethra if its after sex but you have to watch that it doesnt set up a general irrtation and infection further up.
The only way you can try and prevent this happening all the time is to make sure you are very well lubricated before sex, empty your bladder and wash very soon after sex. (not the most romantic thing to do I know) If you are getting cysitis after sex then an op to stretch the urethra is sometimes done.
The dr should not continue issuing antibiotics without trying to find the root cause, perhaps you can ask for further investigations next visit?
You may be right, I may be crazy But it just may be a lunatic you're looking for......
