Steph how did you get on?

Hi ya, well i was due on on friday and there's still no sign of it coming. i had some very light cramping on saturday when i went out for a walk and when i got back had 2 light brown spots but nothing since. I read somewhere that you can have a bit of cramping when the egg inplants itself into the uterus.I'm so nervus bout testing cause now i really want to be pregnant! But i think i'm def going to go to boots this afternoon and get a test. My partner always likes to be there when i do a test so he can be a part of just finding out, but he's working till 7pm. I don't know if i should wait for him or just do it so i know, then do another one with him?

yes i read that also, that you get spotting and cramps once it has iimplanted, i will keep my fingers crossed for you. if your partner wants to be there when you do it, get the test and do it once he gets home so you can both share the experience together.
my period this month lasted for 9 days (its normally 5days) so we started trying straight away as soon as i came off. i have worked it out and i am due to start my period on the 9th october, so we will have to wait and see, we are doing it every night, so i am bound to catch it when i am ovulating.

Hi ya, i did a test last night but it came up negative then i did another one this morning just incase but that still said negative so i suppose i'll be expecting my period some time soon unfortunatly. My other half doesn't believe that the result is correct cause it wasn't a brand name test and cause i have so many symptons that were the same when i was pregnant before. i have to say i am supprised and gutted that i'm not.
I've been broody again for a few months now but my partner didn't really want to try for another one just yet but last night he said how gutting it was bout the test and said maybe we can start trying for another one after i've been on. I just hope it hurry's up and comes and goes so we can start trying.
i'd love to have a baby born in the summer time, my youngest was born on november 30th and my eldest the 5th of december.
Are you going to try and track when your ovulating?

Oh steph im sorry, i know how you feel, its awful when your period comes isnt it, but at least now your partner wants to try..... why dont you buy a branded test?
how do you track when you are ovulating? i just go from the first day of my period and add 14days on from there and we start trying a few days before the 14th day and a few days after the 14day, but this month we are doing it every day........

I don't even feel like i'm going to come on though thats the strange thing.
I think i'll go to the doctors at the end of the week if i stll haven't come on and ask for a blood test to check everything. I have searched on other forums and there are so many people that had missed their period and tested negative for 2-4 weeks after then all of a sudden tested positive, some even tested negative all the way through their pregnancy, i think i'm clutching at straws now though. If i'm going to come i just wish it would hurry up and happen so we can start trying.
I would normally count the 14th day from the first day of my period for ovulation but that never made any differerance for me, we'll try every day again this time round. How long till your next period is due?

yes if you havent come on by the end of the week, go and see the doctor, do you normally always come on the expected 28 days? i am due on on the 9th october.

i was on the mini pill for a month then came off it cause it turned me into a monster, i bled for a week straight away right on time, the doctor said the pill wouldn't do this to me. Before this pill my periods were regular. i hate the waiting game!

Give it a couple more days and if you havent come on go to the doctors and tell them you are getting all the symptons, yep i hate waiting also for my period to arrive and then when it does arrive i get upset. :cry:

hi ya, just thought i'd let you know i still haven't come on so i went to the doctors, i've got to have a urine sample sent off on monday and if that comes back all clear they'll do a blood test to try and find out why i haven't come on yet (unless i do in the mean time). i can't believe how complicated this is becoming.
i hope your keeping well, another thing i just wanted to say to you was that when we were trying to get pregnant i took pregnacare tables every day and then all the way through my pregnancy, just thought i'd let you know cause it might help.

so you are now 1 week late - maybe when you did the test it was to early to detect, at least you have been to the doctors, wait and see what happens, are you getting any symptons?
i will buy some of them tablets, my best friend is 31 weeks pregnant and she has taken them from finding out. so i will get them if they are going to help me.
i am actually starting to think that it is never going to happen for me, this has to be the longest period ever...........

i just can't stop weeing it's driving me mad, i'm still feeling really tired and sick on and off. I'll just have to wait and see i'm trying not to drive myself crazy thinking bout it all the time but i've never been a week late before. I really do hope it happens for you this time, i'll keep my fingers crossed for you.

he wouldn't do a blood test, he checked my water sample and said i have a slight water infection, so he gave me antibiotics and said to go back if it starts to hurt. but i tell you what if i haven't come on by the end of the week i'm going back and demanding he do something bout it, he just doesn't seem bothered when i tell him stuff.
How r u getting on? do you think you'll come on?

he should have done it there and then, they havent got a clue have they, sounds like my doctors, yes if you havent come on by friday go and demand they do something.
i am due on a a week today - 9th, i dont know weather i feel as tho i am going to come on or not, today i have went through phases of being so depressed (for no reason) and wanting to cry, to then becoming so angry (for no reason) and i keep getting these hot flushes - so dont know what all thats about.....
i really hope that this is the month, as we have done it religiously every single night - and we are still doing it every night....just incase.
This is sad i know but i have worked it out, and if we have concieved this month then it would be due on my Nana's birthday next year (my nana died 2 months ago) so that would be absoloutly wonderful.
