I believe I need more details about this, when did you stop the pills? are getting any normal periods after stopping it?
simple 2 small cyst don't usually cause infertility unlesswe are talking about polycystic ovaries which is a condition where you have multiple cysts in your ovaries, this condition is associated with obesity, hair overgrowth in your body and with hormonal disturbances which can cause infertility (inability to get pregnant). And even if you are having this, it's treatable.
Are you having regular unprotected sex?
Do you have regular cycles?
All what you need is to get investigated and hopefully you'll be fine.
Don't worry dear, sometimes it takes time, specially after stopping the pill, so just get a specialist opinion.
