Tragic business these California wildfires, but also an opportunity for the Governor of Cali. to show how well he handles a state of emergency. This could be the making of him as a future presidential candidate (I wonder if Bush will change the law about foreign borns being able to hold the top position before the next election?).

The Cali fires could be to Arnie what 9/11 was to Guliani, and we all know Guliani is sitting in the top spot in the Republican race for presidential nominee.

When you look him over, he has all the right stuff. Ex-actor like Reagan, married to a relative of the Kennedy's (closest thing to an American royal family) and I mean, the guy is the terminator - an unstoppable force - sure to send all them terrorists running for cover in case he decides to personally go commando on them. The square jaw helps too.

A few TV interviews from the steroid man and those pesky winds soon saw the error of their ways.

All he has to do now is announce that he prayed for the winds to drop and the constitution will quickly be amended to provide him with a seat at God's right hand. F*** help the world after that.

In the highly unlikely event it ever happened, the world would just have to live with it and get used to it. The world dances to America's tune, both figuratively and literally.

Do you think the first order of business would be to make peace with Cuba so he can get those Cuban cigars legitimately already?

Cuban cigars are already easily available to those in the know, and even to those not so much in the know.

Would require a constitutional amendment, which requires 3/4 of the state legislatures (and Governors' signatures) to ratify, after passing both houses of congress and the presidential signature. Ain't gonna happen, folks!! Don't even bother thinking about it.

You are stating an indisputable fact, but facts never stood in the way of people like the Numbskull that started this thread.

Yeah, and while you're at it, make Danny Devito the Vice President and Britney Spears the Secretary of State.

I would have a good laugh if Ricky Gervais were Primie Minister of Britain, so he should be installed in that post forthwith.

It would certainly brighten up Prime Minister's Question Time.

What would be even funnier, though, would be to have Bush at the dispatch box. The comedic possibilities are endless. pmsl

What about Rowan Atkinson as prime minister of England, or better yet, Rik Mayall. No no, Amy Winehouse is the ticket. You've got to be progressive, no female leader since Thatcher and all.

Now who would be Arnie's running opponent? Oh, wouldn't that have to be Brad Pitt? I can just imagine the presidential debates...

...bomb dem all to hell!

...save the orphans!

Borat for President. He makes more sense than Arnie.
