I think your cousin was probably right, Elaine, and wetting ones swimsuit is not all that uncommon. Once my mother told me to just do it, but in my knickers, not my swimsuit. We were on the way home and I was absolutely bursting. I told my mother I did not think I could make it and , to my surprise, she told me just to do it in my knickers. Well, I was so desperate that I did. I was not a lttle girl but 16 at the time. When we were home, my mother said it was nothing to worry about and that on several occasions when she had been desperate she had wet her knickers.

I just thought I would add that during the 19th century this was not uncommon. In those days most women wore full skirts but no undergarments. Of course there were seldom any public facilities. Men peed wherever they wanted whilst women usually found a patch of grass, opened their legs a little, then relieved themselves discreetly.

Um. Pissing in public, other than in dire emergencies are acceptable in two circumstances.

One, is if you do it on natural terrain, such as soil, grass or against trees. The only time it is acceptable to do it on concrete or tarmac is when its pissing rain and its gonna get washed away anyway.

Obviously, it should only be done when toilets are unavailable. Doing it during the day with lots of people around is distasteful. The exception being if you are in a rural setting where there are little or no people around anyway.

Very true, so are some nightclub toilets; bogs would be a more appropriate word for them. There was one night I went to the gents, and there was a bit of a queue coz all the cubicles and spaces at the urinal were full. While I was waiting, a drunk guy pushed through the queue, saw that there was a queue, and decided to piss in the corner instead. Thank God he was quickly thrown out by the bouncers

I often need to pee urgently when I am out - the solution - nappies ! It may sound a bit odd but they have really helped me ! You can just go wherever and whenever you need to. I now wear them whenever I am going to be out for more than say 30 minutes and it means I can completely forget about my bladder and I just don't need to stop what I am doing to find the loo. ..... and there is never a need to queue!

Two weeks ago I peed in my knickers at work! It was completely accidental but very enjoyable. I had drunk a couple of mugs of coffee when I realised that if I didn’t go to the loo I would wet myself. As I went into the the loo I felt myself leaking into my knickers, I managed to get my trousers down but by this time I was leaking so much that if I had stopped to take down my Thong I would have peed all over the floor. So I just sat down and peed through my Thong. I then took it off and dried it as best I could with toilet paper and then wrapped it in more toilet paper and went commando for the rest of the working day!

I had the same experience, lucky I was wearing a skirt so it was not too embarassing.
Still had no clean knickers to change into so I had to wait for mine to dry.

A DRUNKEN man urinating through a fence got a nasty surprise when a playful puppy in the adjoining lot latched onto his member.

Kann Veasna took a break from drinking wine at a street stall to relieve himself through a hole in a fence, according to news agency DPA.

However a puppy spotted the Mr Veasna's appendage as it poked through and apparently thinking it was a toy latched on, newspaper Rasmei Kampuchea reported.

Suffering lacerations Mr Veasna fronted up to a hospital in Phnom Penh for treatment and was forced to tell the embarrassing story of injuries.

"It's undoubtedly sore now, but luckily it should still be useful to him in the future,'' a doctor was quoted as saying by DPA.
