Tall girls in heels...

The woman who came out with the ridiculous statement about you being too tall for heels sounds way behind the times. Honestly. If I was 7feet tall I would still wear heels if that's what I wanted. Tall is beautiful. I'm only 5' 5" and wish I was taller. To be honest I don't like to see tall girls in flat shoes, I don't know why...but really you should wear what you want. It's a wonder she didn't tell you to stoop your shoulders and never wear your hair up....

Well I totally agree with yall but wearing heels as a tall girl can be a problem. Wed night I wore tall heels to an Irish music show and after stomping my heels all night my feet were KILLING me. Wishing I had gone with flats

I’ve seen lots of tall girls round wearing heels and I cant see a problem with it at all. Heel still make a girl look good no matter how tall she is and if they’ve got nice legs will shape there calves nicely.

If you’re out all night stomping to music in heels that would make anyone’s feet hurt afterwards lol. I say go with heel ami because in my opinion they will look better.

That is unfortunately the price anyone has to pay for wearing heels, whether you are tall or not. Good fit, solid sturdy arches and ankle support make all the difference. The right insoles can also help.

I'm 6'0½" in my bare feet and I always wear heels.
I normally wear 3" for day time but for going out its 4" or 4½".
I love being tall and looking down on almost everyone else!

I say wear you heels.

I am 6'3" in my bare feet and always used to wear flats. A bf convinced me to wear heels and these days I always do. The only problem I find is that being tall I am also somewhat heavier than average, although strictly in proportion you understand, and I find the heels wear down very quickly.
Also I have to be careful at home because I have beautiful wood floors and I find these dent really easily, particularily when the heels are a bit worn.

Sometimes men comment about my height but I thing that is their problem.

Im tall like 6ft4 tall, and i would never wear heels, cus i mean like i tower over everyone as it is let alone with heels lol!
but fair play to you for wanting to stand out more!! but i think there is a limit on the height and the heels that you wear (say 6ft4 wouldnt/couldnt wear 2 inch heels ¬.¬)
but i absolutly love being tall, even though the clothes are rubbish!! x

This is an attatude I've encountered before from the +2 geneation older people. Any woman over about 5' 8" is considered "terribly tall". I guess it's unusual for them to see a woman coming from a generation when 5' 0" was average but these days a 6' woman isn't unusual.

And anyway I love a tall(er) woman.
