last year i went to florida on holiday and on the way back i got stuck in the middle of the isle between my brother and my dad, they decided to go to sleep and as i cant sleep on planes i stayed awake but i didnt want to wake either of them up and so when i needed the loo i held it in, thing is when i eventually got off i wemt and got rid of alot of water but what i want to know is why 3 hrs later i was in a+e with water retention, and if it will happen again, cos im going again this year, im sitting on the end this time so ill be able to go but since then ive been scared every time i cant go right when i need to, what if we get into some turbulence, im really scared but i love florida and its the last big family holiday ill be going on probably so i want to go. its not that im scared of flying just scared of being in that situation again. can anyone help? thanx (15)
